Shipping policy

Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping options and fees.

Shipping Fees:

The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees. The shipping price will be visible on the checkout page for all orders. Shipping costs may vary based on the destination and weight of the package.

For orders over R900.00, we provide complimentary shipping. Please note that this offer does not apply to wholesale orders or bulk products (5kg &10kg bucket and 25kg bags).

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Dispatch and Delivery:

Our goal is to dispatch all goods in stock within 2 business days from the order date. We partner with FastWay and/or JKJ couriers for shipping. Delivery times may vary between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in South Africa via one of our current primary carriers: FastWay and/or JKJ.

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
